On Beach Time is a stunning three bedroom ground floor condo at Edgewater Resort

The spacious living area provides ample seating and a Smart TV with streaming channels- all you need is your login info to enjoy top channels like Netflix and Hulu. We provide over 100 channels of live TV along with complimentary high speed wifi. The full kitchen lets you prepare any meals inside from snacks to multi-course meals with all full-sized appliances, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, microwave and more.

Our master bedroom has a king sized bed plus a separate vanity area and private bathroom. One guest room features two twin sized beds and access to a centralized full bathroom. The other guest bedroom has two queen sized beds pluse a separate vanity and private bathroom. Also for your convenience is an in-condo full sized washer and dryer.

Located in a very private corner of Edgewater, you will feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds yet so close to the beach. Just a few steps out the back door and you can enjoy the pool by our condo--surrounded by trees on three sides giving you indeed a true sense of On Beach Time.

Condo sleeps a max 10 with no pets or ESA allowed (resort policy) and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
